FED:Rudd doing a great job: Gillard

In the wake of more reported leadership tension, Prime Minister JULIA GILLARD insists
her predecessor KEVIN RUDD is doing a great job as foreign minister, and won't miss out
on a Christmas card.

She says Mr RUDD is a valued member of her team and they'll work together in the interests
of the nation.

Selective parts of an internal ALP report, criticising the former RUDD government as
being driven by spin and lacking purpose, was leaked to the media yesterday.

Asked today if she would be sending Mr RUDD a Christmas card, Ms GILLARD replied that
she'd send Christmas cards to all of her colleagues.
