Vic: Impulse refuses to rule out jet flights from Essendon
MELBOURNE, Feb 7 AAP - Impulse Airlines began flying out of Essendon Airport today,
making no promises not to use jet aircraft despite protests from nearby residents.
In launching its Melbourne-bound regional air services today, Newcastle-based Impulse
said terminal access at Essendon made it a greater drawcard for smaller airlines than
Tullamarine Airport.
"We currently don't have cost-effective access at Tullamarine," Impulse spokesman Simon
